When I ordered my R10 burgers I understood that the branch staff were under incredible pressure and agreed to come back TWO HOURS later to pick up my food. At the time that I ordered I was assured that there were enough rib burgers, just a long wait.
When I was eventually handed my food I found that I had been given Rave burgers because there was no stock left of the rib. I had no choice but to accept this and when I got home I found that the burgers were inedible. All I got was a dry bun with an even drier patty. That's it.
I am absolutely disgusted that I wasted my time to be given inedible food. I definitely wont be craving Steers again for a very long time. The experience and the food have left a very bad taste. |
