I have purchased a game from BT Games and after installing the CD Key is invalid! WHICH MEANS IT IS PIRATED. When calling them they MAKE IT MY PROBLEM to phone THEIR supplier. WHY IS THIS MY PROBLEM NOW!!! I have the game and and slip and they just say it is not policy to exchange games. EVEN if you are looking for the exact game BUT A WORKING ONE... IT IS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT THEIR SUPPLIER BECAUSE THE STAFF IS TOO LAZY AND TOO ******** TO PHONE! |
